By accessing or using the Precision Trades platform ("Service"), operated by Precision Trades LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Precision Trades provides a cloud-based trades management platform that includes project tracking, scheduling, crew management, progress reporting, photo documentation, and related tools for construction and trades professionals.
To use the Service, you must register an account with a valid license key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Access to the Service requires a valid license key. License terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION TRADES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Trades LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Precision Trades LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
